Title: Port Soused Fruit with Yogurt

Yield: 2 Servings
1/2 | c | (packed) each dried apricots and pitted prunes |
1/4 | c | Port or Madeira |
2 | Whole cloves | |
1/2 | c | Plain whole milk yogurt |
Place fruit in small saucepan with Port and cloves. Slowly bring liquid to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for about 2 minutes just until fruit is tender. Remove saucepan from heat and cool fruit to room temperature. Remove cloves. Spoon fruit into dessert bowl and top with yogurt.
